ok ellie’s birth she was due 30th august but i went over due i was due to be induced 7am 11thsept.
On the friday before i started have few contractions nothing major tho they was on and off for few days then on the monday night they started up again thought nothing of it tbh as i was being induced next day.
By 11pm they was regular and si and my mum said u need to go to the hossie i said nah i be ok i being induced in morning it wont happen that fast so i stayed home a bit then at 1am si said u going u got no choice he called the hossie and they said if she happy at home she shoukd be ok but bring her in and we will check her got to hossie at 1.45 they put monitor on me for half hour and checked me the midwife went oh right i though here we go i gonna be sent home she said i suggest you come straight through your 7cm so i went through and the mw said to another one u would never guess this lady is 7cm lol she so calm and it her first they put me in room 4 and put me in a gown they kept coming in checking me and i had gas and air for bit then at 3am i said i didt want it anymore so i did it on my own then at 3.40 i said i need to oush as i did i started pushing my waters went so si went to fetch mw she came in with a student who had been helping all night and i started pushing ellie was born at 5.44 the student mw cried as it was her 40th birth which ment she had all her births to qualify. i looked dow and said oh i got a beautiful daughter i thanked si for giving her me and he and my mum was crying my mum said she was so proud and si cut the cord and said he was pruod i gave him a lil girl.they tried to get placenta out and they student said there somat wrong and the other mw said just tug harder so she did when it came out they said oh its small but ok they weighed ellie and she was 6ib9oz and 47cm si phoned his parents and granparents my mum called my dad and sis. i went up to the ward at 8am and was let home at 9pm two days later i started passing clots and bleeding loads i thought i was gonna die or somat. i was too in and they realised they had left some placenta in me so they tried removing it in delivery suite they thought they had but i was admitted in to check i had not more heavy bleeding i got sent home next day everything was supposed to be ok. then next day it happened again so was took back in they scaned me and there was still 8-9cm of placenta left in so i had to go to theatre i had spinal and they took rest out. i got to go home next day and all was ok i was just tired from blood loss
frankies birth
was due to be induced 19th i had been due 7th april on 18th april i sent si out for some tea he came back and i had a few contractions then at 10pm they was coming every 4 mins so i went for bath at 12 i called my mum and sis up and went to hossie at bout 2am afer i made sure my sis knew everything for ellie lol got to hossie and was took straight through i was checked by mw she said i was 3 cm did i want to stay or go i was going to go and she said we will monitor you first and see so i was monitored and checked again and i was 5 cm so was told i got to stay lol so i stayed tried gas and air but decided i didnt want it i was checked again 1 hour later i was 7cm so i stayed on bed. i had student mw again and she stayed in room for a while and they watch jeremy kyle lmao anyway she went out and then came back with other mw they then just kept sticking head round then at 6.50 she said i think u can push if u like i said i didnt want to lol so she said ok and sat down writing notes then at 6.53 i started to push i took her by surprise lol she jumped up and 3 pushes later at 6.55 francesca was born weighing 7ib13oz and 56cm i will always remember si crying that we had another girl and he was so proud of her it was the student mw first birth that she had lead bless her and she thanked me so much for letting her do it
